Created especially for established wedding planners, designers, and floral designers, the inaugural Academy for Planners + Designers offered in-depth, inspiring content taught by nationally recognized leaders in the wedding industry. Included in our esteemed list of Professors were David Beahm of David Beahm Design, Grace Ormonde of Wedding Style Magazine, Sean Low of The Business of Being Creative, Rebecca Grinnals of Engaging Concepts, Todd Fiscus of Todd Events, and Tara Guerard of Soiree by Tara Guerard.

While learning from these talented yet very approachable wedding experts, our students were also treated to amazing examples of design creativity, and learned in a hands-on way what planning and design can create. All attendees were included in two extravagant social events, and had full access to the Wedding 360 Design Showcase, which featured vignettes by Nancy Liu Chin, Grant Rector, Tara Guerard, and Asiel Design.

You two hosted the most AMAZING event I have ever been to for those of us in the event industry. The three-day Wedding 360 event was both a learning and sharing opportunity. I came back to work Wednesday, so inspired!. I learned a lot things that will apply to us as venue managers, and am anxious to see how we can put them into practice here at the Kohl. You should both be so proud of this event, it truly was amazing!!!
